Recording this episode with Andrew was a lot of fun and felt like catching up with an old friend, which is interesting because we’d only met 3-4 times before sitting down to record. Needless to say, Andrew is a brother on the path and is an extremely big thinking, kind-hearted, passionate individual who shares my loves for optimal wellness, fitness, nutrition, and entrepreneurship. He is a soon to be Licensed Naturopathic Doctor via the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, natural fitness model, personal trainer, and ALPHApreneur located here in the Greater Toronto Area.
