This week’s episode I wanted to change things up a bit and re-package one of my favorite blog posts into the spoken word. I read through, and added some extras, to my blog post that is all about the top things I use on a regular basis in order to go off the rails a little bit and not suffer the full extent of the consequences.

Side Note: I know it can be hard to get motivated to workout, especially if you don’t go to a gym as I don’t either. I’ve found that having a chin-up bar and some free weights or even gymnastic rings around the house and within sight has made it much more seamless to do short, intense bursts of activity throughout the work-day. If you’re in need of a couple pieces of equipment then head over to and get excited about bringing some health-promoting tools into your home. That way you can start to overcome the resistance of needing to go anywhere in order to fully engage your muscles and encourage a strong metabolism.
